Being located overseas won’t be an issue. We’ll keep you updated frequently, so you know exactly where we are in the process.
1． Meeting
Our meeting takes place via video chat. Here we will discuss what designs and materials you would like to use. We will provide a rough estimation of unit price, sampling, and production costs. You will not be charged at this point.
2． Sampling
We will make samples based on the discussions and decisions made in the meeting. Usually in 7 working days we ship shape or development sample by our available fabric and accessories.
3． Order
This is where you decide to move forward with the order.
You have two options for payment:
1. L/C.
2. T/T with 50% in advance
The sample fee will be subtracted from the order price.
4． Fabric Manufacturing
The fabric is manufactured at our partner facilities, and will be inspected and certified by a Japanese inspection agency. Please let us know if additional certifications are needed.
5． Sample Delivery
We will send a completed product sample from the production line. Upon its delivery, we will do a feedback session via video chat should any adjustments be necessary.
6． Qualty Check
We inspect each unit individually for a total of four times. Let us know if you also want inspection by a third party.
7． Delivery
It will take about 3-4 weeks via ship, and about 3-5 days via air to deliver the products to you. If you are paying by T/T, the remaining is to be paid upon delivery of the products.
