Order quantity

Q. What is the minimum number of unit orders acceptable?

A. We can start with 100 units (per colour & design) if you use available fabric in our stock. This is negotiable depending on design, types of fabric, and colour/print.

Q. What is the minimum qty. of fabric we need to order?

A. We prefer minimum 500 kg or 1500 yards, but this is negotiable.

Q. What is the capacity of monthly production?

A. On average we produce around 120, 000 units per month, though this varies by complexity of the products

Shipping

Q. How long does it take to deliver products?

A. It typically takes 90 days from placing the order to shipping goods from Bangladesh. However, this may depend on factors such as order quantity, fabric types, accessories needed, etc.

Q. How long does it take for you to deliver samples?

A. Samples are shipped within one week. We will confirm with you via video chat that it is acceptable before sending it to you.

Q. What shipping options do you have?

A. We have 2 options; cargo ship & airplane
Europe: 22~25 days via cargo ship, 2~4 days via airplane
Australia: 22~25 days via cargo ship, 3~4 days via airplane
The US: about 30 days via cargo ship, 3~6 days via airplane
Japan: 26~28 days via cargo ship, 2~4 days via airplane
Korea: 26~28 days via cargo ship, 1~3 days via airplane
China: 10~15 days via cargo ship, about 1 day via airplane
Africa: about 45 days via cargo ship, 4~5 days via airplane

Q. Is it possible for you to ship products with packaging materials like boxes?

A. Yes. Let us know with your order if you need boxes, cotton bags, non-woven fabric, manuals etc.

Payment

Q. What payment options do you have?

A. We have 2 options; L/C and T/T. In case of T/T, we would kindly ask for 50% payment in advance.

Q. Will there be an added tariff fee added when the products are sent from Bangladesh?

A. Please contact us for further details, as it varies from country to country.

Raw Material &Accessories

Q. What is your main source for fabric?

A. We mainly source fabric from Bangladesh.

Q. Where do you source trims and accessories?

A.　Our trims and accessories are mainly sourced from Japan and China.

Quality

Q. Do you have organic yarn?

A. Yes, we have organically certified yarn.

Q. Is your fabric free from hazardous chemicals?

A. Yes, our fabric and accessories are free from all sorts of harmful chemicals and substances.

Production

Q. Could you make a sample without a blueprint?

A. Yes, please send a product you would like us to refer to, and we can modify it based on your needs.

Q. I’m new to this type of business and there are many details I may be unaware of. Is this a problem?

A. We have experience in making equitable deals with customers with no trading experience in the apparel industry. Rest assured that we will be glad to take the initiative in making sure everything is suitable for you.
